What this site collects, and why.

The short version

uhyar.com has no advertising, no third-party analytics and no cookies that identify you. If you do not send us a message, we do not know you were here beyond the ordinary server records described below.

When you use the contact form

We ask for, and keep in our email inbox:

• your name and email address, so we can reply;
• your organisation, if you choose to give it;
• the subject you selected and the message you wrote;
• the IP address the message was sent from, recorded alongside it as a record of the submission.

We use this to answer you and, if it leads somewhere, to carry on that conversation. We do not add you to a mailing list, we do not put you into an automated sequence, and we do not sell, rent or share the message with anyone outside uhyar. Ask us to delete it and we will, and confirm that we have.

Spam protection

The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which decides whether a submission is likely to be automated. It sees your IP address, some properties of your browser and a token, and does not use that information to build an advertising profile. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.

Hosting and logs

The site runs on Cloudflare. Like any host, Cloudflare processes the requests your browser makes (IP address, user agent, the page requested, the time) for delivery, security and abuse prevention. We do not combine those logs with anything else and we do not use them to track individuals.

Fonts and other third parties

The typefaces are served from this domain, not from a font service, so loading a page does not tell anyone else that you did. Turnstile is the only third-party script on the site, and it loads only on the contact page.

What we store in your browser

The site does not save theme or animation preferences in local storage or session storage. Motion follows your device’s reduced-motion setting. Your browser may cache site files to make repeat visits faster.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email hi@uhyar.com and a person will handle it, normally within a few working days.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, the date at the top changes with it.
